Since 2011, I have dedicated my professional career as a designer to crafting museum exhibitions that captivate and move. My approach goes beyond simply displaying artifacts — it's about translating concepts into immersive experiences. I build the visiting scenario using all available tools, such as interior details, color, light, interactive elements, to enhance the exhibition’s narrative, turning each visit into an enthralling journey.
My expertise is grounded in set design I have studied at the Moscow Academy of Theater Arts and further developed through extensive work on theatre projects. Today, I blend theatrical techniques with the museum experience in search of new ways to express ideas.
I have collaborated with creative teams across various museums, working side by side with curators and gaining hands-on experience with a diverse range of exhibits including: paintings, sculptures, photographs, historical documents, memorial objects, costumes, and more. I attentively craft my exhibition designs to elevate the exhibits without letting the design take center stage.
With each project, I seek new ways of expressing ideas within the unique language of museum display. I enjoy combining established academic practices with modern technologies, offering fresh perspectives on museum objects. Reinventing common formats and exploring novel ways of interaction with the audience are aspects of my work that I find particularly inspiring.
